1) Scope of Service
PawMatch is a platform for creating pet profiles, discovery/matching, and messaging. PawMatch is not a party to user communications or offline meetups.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PawMatch mobile application and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2) Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or legal guardian consent before using the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
3) Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at tech@pawmatch.site.
4) Acceptable Use
You must not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content; impersonate others; engage in fraud/spam; or share/promote CSAE/CSAM content. PawMatch may remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for violations.
5) User Content and License
You remain responsible for content you upload. You grant PawMatch a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service.
6) Matching, Messaging, and Offline Safety
PawMatch does not guarantee compatibility, identity, or safety of any match. User interactions and in-person meetings are at your own risk. Use public/safe locations and take reasonable precautions.
7) No Veterinary or Professional Advice
PawMatch does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional behavioral advice. For health or emergency concerns, contact a qualified veterinarian or relevant professional.
8) Location and Notifications
Some discovery/matching features rely on location data. If location or notification permissions are disabled, certain features may be limited.
9) Paid Features and Subscriptions
If premium features are offered, pricing and billing are handled under Google Play/App Store terms. Refunds and subscription management follow the applicable store policies.
10) Termination and Account Deletion
You may delete your account in-app. PawMatch may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security reasons. Data deletion and retention are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawMatch is not liable for user conduct, third-party outages, indirect/incidental damages, or data/profit loss.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PawMatch harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version becomes effective when posted in the app/website.
14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of Izmir shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law protections.
